Yes, you need to be careful while using Signaquin if you have diabetes. Your doctor may alter the doses of your anti-diabetic medications as per your blood glucose levels.

Yes, you can take Signaquin, provided you keep a gap of at least 4 hours between Signaquin and antacid. If this gap is not maintained, then the antacid may interfere with the absorption or working of Signaquin. As a result, you may not experience the full benefits of Signaquin.

Yes, you may take ibuprofen and Signaquin together. They do not have any significant interactions and do not interfere with the working of each other.
